have 1 of a weapon you have double of hit A then A again when the other gun starts to come up then press Z.
go to a level with a forest as it's backround(ex. surface) take out 2x throwing knives walk up to the forest. quickly throw the knives into the trees soon you will hear the noise drowning out. All the weapons will be silent for a short time.
